If you are going to use it on a project, the best way we have found is to use a wheel barrel, or a big basin, where you can first add 7 gallons of water in, and then add the 55 lbs of cement, and proceed to mix the water with cement uniformly, with a cut shovel, or anything else that would mix both together uniformly.  Once you have mixed both together, you can now add the WET-SEAL additive into the cement mixed with water;  you will then see the reaction from the additive take place, then proceed to apply with a bristle nylon Bruch to an area 20ft by 20 ft

3. Small quantities:  Add 2 parts WET-SEAL to 3 parts water.
