PREPARING AND PAINTING OF CEMENT BLOCKS

When you are finished mixing the WET-SEAL additive, you will now have what is known as the WET-SEAL finished product, which is what our competitors will sell you as their product.

You will then need two (2) cement blocks, preferably the type with just one hole.  It is necessary that you first pour, inside the cement blocks, one (1) inch of regular cement in order to create a cement floor so that the inside of the block will serve as a miniature water tank. After you pour the one (1) inch of cement, let it dry overnight.

On the following day, take one (1) of the two cement blocks and before you start, we recommend that you fill these two blocks with water, so that you can visually see that these cement blocks will not hold any water for very long.  In most cases the water will flow out of the block just as fast as you can fill it.

Using a regular paint brush, paint one (1) of the cement blocks on the inside walls, including the bottom of the inside of the block with our WET-SEAL finished product (as described above) and make sure that you do not leave any tiny holes open or any unpainted areas.

Take the second cement block and paint on the outside and the outer bottom side of this cement block.

Let both blocks dry overnight. The next day take both blocks and fill them with water.  You will see that the block that was painted on the outside will leak faster, and this is because what you are doing is what is known a positive and negative experiment, where one block will have the product on the inside, just as if you applied it on the inside of a water tank, where the WET-SEAL product, being in direct contact with the water, will immediately begin to cure the concrete block of its leaks.

WET-SEAL will now work against water, which the cement block that is painted on the outside will demonstrate, so that in WET-SEAL working against water pressure you will see that this demonstration might take longer in curing time.  This is so because what is happening is that the water inside the block will have to go all the way to the outside of the block to make it leak, then begin to stop this leak from the outside in.  This could take a few hours to a few days, depending on how bad the cement block is.  But this is the beauty of WET-SEAL, which allows you to visually observe this progress taking place, and you will see that after the blocks are totally cured.  You will be able to paint the outside of the cement block it is still full of water, as if the cement block did not have any leaks or moisture that would not allow any paint or anything else that would need to adhere due to any water problems.

Not only does WET-SEAL maintain the cement cured, WET-SEAL will also reactivate if necessary, as in a new crack developing.  For example, an earth quake, and this you can see in our “Seeing-is-Believing” experiment in photos 9 and 10. You can also do this as an experiment;we know that WET-SEAL is not afraid of water, or any problems that can exist in the world of concrete. You can try this: leave the cement block exposed to the wear and tear of your ambient weather, for months or years, and when you refill the cement block again it will still be 100% water tight.

If you want to see even more, you can wash out the inside of the cement block that was painted on the inside a few times to remove the residue and dirt that the cement contains and then refill this mini-tank with fresh clean water. Ensure that this water does not have any chemicals in it like chlorine or fluoride,
so that you can now use this block as a fish tank.  You can put the smallest inexpensive fish you can find into the water-filled concrete block and you will see that this fish will live to a ripe old age, proving that WET-SEAL has no contaminants that could pollute human drinking water.  You can also see the test results that we have indicated;WET-SEAL is not harmful when in contact with human drinking water. You can have a company of your own run a test on WET-SEAL, so that you too can see that WET-SEAL is a non- contaminating product.

Why do you need Portland cement?
Why do you need Portland cement?  The reason why Portland cement is needed is that the cement is what will incorporate WET-SEAL’S chemical formula and bond it onto the concrete where it is going to be applied.  The Portland cement and the formula are a must in order to have a finished product, for our
WET-SEAL finished product will be the only real product that you will need to solve any concrete problems.  There are other products that you can also make from our finished product that may in some cases help you out with other concrete situations. For example, when you are using porous cement blocks and you want the option of reducing the cost of the first application, you can use what we call our Mortar Mix.
